I've worked in varying sizes of academic libraries (ranging from college to ARL) and in various types of positions (access services, technical services, web development, and a 10 year run as Assistant to the Dean. I've never found a library position that I didn't like. For the past 10 years, I've been an access services librarian at Miami University (Ohio). I enjoy sharing experiences and ideas about all facets of academic librarianship.
